SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: We have 2 total bedrooms. 1 King bed in its own bedroom, 2 Queen beds in total, 1 Queen is in its own bedroom and 1 is a pull-out couch. There is also a large pack-n-play in the closet for babies to sleep in as well. The bedrooms all have room darkening shades too.Private Sand Beach! You have your own private sand beach. Keep in mind, based on tide of the water, sands beach may bay non existent to very large. Typically the beach is large, but cannot guarantee that because of nature. Waterfront area has medium sized rocks to protect the shoreline, use caution when going to the water as needed. Staircase is provided for easier water access."FAMILY FUN SHED" is our attached garage that has bikes (kids and adult), kayaks, helmets, life jackets, football, frisbees, bag toss, beach , and much more. Pack less in the car and use these amenities instead!Deck: The outdoor deck is a great place to hang out, grill out and let the kids p
