Kitchen, one & 1/2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, and a river lover’s paradise!We are calling it a “potential stay” simply because this historic home has the potential to be a $200/night place. Each room needs scraped & painted and we will do it one-room-at-a-time as we can afford. This was Clare’s childhood home so THANK YOU for helping to restore it!The spaceIn addition to the home - You have a spacious private back patio and a wonderful view of the Greenbrier river from the front porch. Cross the street (carefully!) for river access. At regular Summer water levels - you have your own island to play or relax on!We are only minutes away from Pipestem & Bluestone State Parks, Bluestone Lake and Sandstone Falls. We (Summers County) are a part of the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve! The New River Gorge in Fayett
