Located in a 6 unit compound this tiny Association is located in the heart of Old Town on Simonton St. Walk to the Hemmingway House, the Butterfly Conservatory and stroll Duval street with it's shops, restaurants, galleries and museums. People ask me about parking more than anything and this condo does not come with assigned parking but there are 3 spaces on the street out front available on a first come basis. I provide additioanl tips for finding parking with my instructions but I encourage you to not bring a car into Old Town as it is an historic district and over 100 years ago it was not anticipated that tens of tho
