The house is located on a quite lane about a block long that has the ocean at one end and the sound at the other. Though we are on an interior lot, it is just steps (approximately 80 yards) to either the private beach access or to the small ramp that you have access to the sound from. The cottage itself was fully renovated in 2008-- the interior was gutted and the entire space was redone. It has an open floor plan for the living and kitchen area and all areas look out to the trees. A screened porch and a rear deck can both be accessed from the main living area. A deck lines one side of the house that leads from the screened porch to the covered front porch.
