Beginning in Spring of 2023, Powledge will be able to be rented as a 4 bed / 2 bath home. Guests will have the option to rent it as a 3 bed / 2 bath or a 4 bed / 2 bath (4th bed would be in the main den area - and the renters would then use the Sun Room as their sitting area/den area. In 2023 the bedding will be set up as follows - 2 king bedrooms , upstairs room with 2 queens , and a queen option Murphy bed in the main Den area (this den also has a large sectional that can sleep children/ smaller adults).
