There are direct views to a pond, many flower gardens, a large outdoor terrace and a swimming pool. The house is located about @ 1 hour and 45 min. north of NYC in the lush countryside of the Hudson Valley in Columbia County.Farmhouse Cottage:Downstairs has a spacious open kitchen with lots of light and counter space, a four burner gas stove, refrigerator, country sink and dishwasher; separate dining room porch, living room, sitting room and full bath. Upstairs has three spacious bedrooms (two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds), one and a half bathrooms, and a washer/dryer room. Outside downstairs back door is a large stone terrace with breakfast table, BBQ and hammock.Grounds:Shared pool with owners (though they rarely use it), manicured grounds and shared vegetable garden space. No pets please.
