The restoration is in the final phases and this beautiful home is ready for life again after sitting empty for 20+ years.SUMMER 2024 - We are currently scraping, power washing, sanding the exterior of the house between guests in preparation for a new paint job. So, the house might be in various stages of painting. Late summer/fall 2024 the house will also be getting a new roof and chimney repaired. If you're booked during this work you will have the option to cancel, reschedule, or receive a discount if you choose to stay. IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES, THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU. This is a historic colonial house with tight steep stairs and some low doorways and ceilings. Both sets of steps have a corkscrew turn in them.
