This House consist of a classic downtown Buffalo Double/duplex, it stretching​ over three floors with internal access to each apartment. This is why you will have two kitchens, three living rooms, seven bedrooms and 2.5 baths.The basement is primarily our use, and it's a separate side entrance. There is a studio in the basement that I on occasion use. The only shared space would be if you want access to the washer and dryer, as that is in the basement. This House is Centrally located downtown Buffalo. One mile from the downtown Center, walking distance to Allentown, and just two miles from Canalside. Allentown and the Delaware District are two neighborhoods in Buffalo that are located adjacent to each other and north of downtown. These two areas are among the most desirable communities​ in the city today, and, much more than most other areas of Buffalo, were able to retain their charm, affluence, and safety throughout Buffalo's dark day
