Cottage in the Oaks is a restored Historical Cottage from the late 1800’s Cottage in the Oaks is located on our property, which has 2 1/2 acres of Ancient Live Oak trees. It is nestled away from a neighborhood, with a lot of privacy. The 660 sq foot cottage was refurbished entirely in Feb 2019 and has a full kitchen with a full size stove and refrigerator and has all the amenities you need, should you decide to skip the great restaurants available, and stay in to cook. There is a peninsula that multi tasks as dining and a work station. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa bed (with a gel foam mattress) and plenty of lighting to read. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full closet (hangers included) , the one bathroom is a large room, with a walk in shower and a full size washer/ dryer.
