Please bring your own linens, bath towels, and beach towels. NOTE: The upstairs bedroom is accessed by a ship’s ladder. This sleeping area is not appropriate for very young children. Walk to nearby and scenic Hendrick's Head Beach, a beautiful sandy beach with a small climbable outcrop called Kitten Island, in 5 minutes where you can swim, build sandcastles and explore tide pools at low tide. The Southport General Store, a local gathering spot with
