Situated in a private cul-de sac location and within walking distance to the public pool, its the perfect oasis for families who enjoy the privacy and quietness of Ocean Pines, yet have quick a access to Ocean City. Ocean Pines provides a private block-long beach at 49th St in Ocean City. Pools are open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day for an additional fee. Cottage was recently renovated with a new kitchen, bathrooms, new carpeting, new mattresses and bedding, and central air conditioning. The cottage comfortably sleeps 8 in three bedrooms and a loft. Large deck overlooking the canal with immediate access to the Saint Martin River.
