Located in a convenient neighborhood where everything is less than 10 minutes away.The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Absolutely NO PARTIES or events will be tolerated. No more than 10 people in the house. This will be strictly enforced. POOL heating charge is $40 per day - need 3-4 days advance notice. (Heated water temperature is dependent upon ambient temperature. Exact water degrees can’t be guaranteed) Early check-in and Late check-out fee is $40 - based on availability.
