We are also about a 20 minute walk to Henderson Center. We are a few blocks away from Brick and Fire, a lovely restaurant. We also have our own walking distance dive bar! There is a giant shared yard, but it is still very private. There is a separate entrance to the apartment. The apartment has wraparound windows and you are able to overlord the corner and people watch. I recommend you park on C Street because 14th is quite busy. CAUTION!
