You get ocean and bay breezes...and the mosquitoes don't bother you while you're cocktailing. French doors open from the kitchen and dining areas onto the screened porch, thereby bringing the outdoors in. The kitchen is big and modern and fully equipped. Great for entertaining.This isn’t a rental full of cheap furnishings. The owner's philosophy is to provide a nice place and expect people to take care of it. This means no party groups, especially graduation parties (college or high school). The neighbors will call the cops. Violation of this house rule is ground for immediate eviction with no refund.Please note: Owner doesn't provide bed sheets or bath towels for this rental.
