Our cottage is the 2nd house back from the beach and sits on a private driveway shared with our other 2 cottages. Have trouble with steps? We have an elevator that will whisk you from the cement parking pad under the house to the main floor. Or perhaps lugging heavy suitcases up the steps is not something you are fond of. Place them in the elevator and up you go. Our cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living and dining room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi, a/c and heat, and a covered porch, all on the same floor! There is an additional powder room downstairs and an enclosed outside shower. Up to 2 of your well behaved dogs are always welcome with an additional pet fee. Access to the beach is down the driveway and out to the street, where you can cross over the dune. This means beach goers will not be walking through the property.
