Just 20 minutes from North Conway you can enjoy everything that area has to offer including the Saco River, dining and shopping. Winter fun also awaits, just 10 minutes from King Pine Ski Area and all the skiing and winter sports that North Conway has to offer. The house is also great for snowmobile enthusiasts, located on corridor 19 of the NH snowmobile trail network. The home has 3 bedrooms and a loft/attic space that can sleep 2-4 additional people.
