Easy freeway access, 2 miles from the Spokane Valley Mall, restaurants and movie theater. 2 miles to the Hub Sports Center. Only 20 minutes to downtown Spokane, 14 miles to Gonzaga University and 25 minutes to Coeur d'Alene. Less than a mile from the Centennial Trail Barker Rd Trailhead. The home has three queen beds.
