Nestled into the gorgeous and historic south hill neighborhood, the cottage is walking distance to grocery stores, friendly pubs and fine dining.Parks Cottage has two beautiful bedrooms with queen memory-foam hybrid beds, plus an office furnished with a desk and futon that folds out to a double bed. The dining area includes a large solid table that seats up to 10 and a game table with chess and checkers pieces. Our updated kitchen is fully equipped for meals grande or petite. The basement is unfinished but does include a brand new washer and dryer at your disposal, along with an unfinished but usable bathroom.
