May through September swim, boat on a private beach on the lake just steps from the backyard. The dock has a pedal boat, a canoe & two paddle boards. The lake has good fishing for the angler in the family. Lots of local hiking. Skiing at Hunter Mountain is 1 mile & Windham Mountain is 7 miles. Great local eats & shopping at Hunter & Tannersville.
