It has been significantly refreshed over the past two years with new mattresses and bedding; new appliances; new flooring in the bedrooms; some new furniture and fresh paint. It is ideally located just a short, pleasant walk from the beach, the Sanctuary Hotel, and several dining options. Adjacent to the tennis center, the villa is also close enough to walk to the Turtle Point Golf Course and driving range. Night Heron Park, “The Nest” market, and playgrounds are close by. There are two bedrooms; one has a king bed and ensuite bath, the other has two double beds and ensuite bath. There are TVs in the living room and each bedroom. The kitchen, with ample storage and granite countertops, is well equipped. From the large screened porch you might catch glimpses of wildlife on the natural, wooded grounds. WiFi is included.
