Located 15 minutes from the City of Hornell, Alfred Colleges & Tall Pines ATV Park. 40 minutes to Swain Ski Resort and Stony Brook Park, 45 to Keuka Lake & wineries, & 55 to Corning. The hilltop views showcase amazing sunsets, loads of stars and the colors of fall foliage. Take a walk down one of the paths on the 100 acre ranch. Sit on the ridge and watch the sunsets. Have coffee in the sunroom watching the sunrise. Watch the birds, wildlife and sheep out the windows and from the country front porch. The house has a new whole house water filtration system. The open concept plan gives you a wonderful space for individuals, families or work roommates. Many of our guests have stayed here while working on local jobs.
