Complete with a living room, fireplace, huge bathroom, a cozy sleeping area and lots of windows for great views to enjoy Lake Arrowhead's nature and peacefulness. Called a "studio" because there is no hard door in the sleeping area. The spacious rental offers plenty of privacy accessed through a separate entrance, but is part of a larger home on the golf course in which the owner lives. Flat lot for easy access on well maintained road. Please note that the rental has a small kitchenette with a microwave, toaster oven, sink and small refrigerator. Please note: there is no stovetop or built-in oven. Very nice well-behaved neutered/spayed adult dog and people welcome. No dogs under 1 year p
