By crossing over the lake bridge, it's just a five-minute bike ride to the beach. The Phase III "Frog" pool is just 2 blocks to the east and is usually very quiet compared to the Beach Club and Camp Watercolor.Professionally decorated at a standard well above a typical rental, one guest has described it as having a contemporary beach/loft feel.
