After exiting the house onto an amazing covered patio you walk down 5 stairs to a massive concrete patio that is right on the water. A short walk down the gangway and you are in paradise on a brand new dock with an amazing hangout area and jet ski port. The dock has a place to tie the boat up when you need to take a break. 10 min boat ride to Possum Hollow or Fox Hollow and a 12 min boat ride to Hells Gate you are centrally located right in the middle of the best Possum Kingdom has to offer. Possum Kingdom State Park is about 4 miles up the road and has an amazing store for anything you may need. They also have boat rentals if needed. This is also the best choice to launch the boat and drive it around to the lake cabin. Boat trailers will need to be parked at the top of the hill.
