Located in Rancho Mirage, California, United States. We welcome families with children of all ages! Welcome to La Moderna, where you will find a perfect mix of desert comfort combined with mid-century flair and style. We have just completed a new salt water pool and spa (hot tub). La Moderna is the perfect desert family home, where children of all ages are welcome, but bring your parents too! We installed a salt water pool and spa as well as beautiful white hardscape around it. Because the house is located in the desert, heating of the pool is not necessary during certain times of the year. We can however heat the pool & spa anytime of the year for an additional $50 per day.We welcome large families with children under the age of 18. The kids room is filled toys and games, two pack-n-play cribs, and a Lego bin. The TV's have Netflix, Amazon, and Youtube for guests with an account. A high chair is available upon request. We even have a shallow shelf in the pool 12 inches deep which is great for toddlers. All children require 100
