The Mulberry House Matagorda

The Mulberry House Matagorda The Mulberry House is centrally located townsite Matagorda, just minutes from the harbor, local shopping, grocery and great food.This is a simple cottage that provides a full kitchen, washer and dryer and lots of sleeping area. We have most everything you could need to cook and have an at-home feel on your vacation. Sheets and towels are provided. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the utility room. Please note: the bathtub is ornamental. Guests have use of the entire home. Feel free to park in the grass to the right of the house, or in front on the street. There is plenty of room to park your boat. There are two queen beds, two twin beds and a hideaway twin. There are also two couches that could be used for sleeping on. Extra linens are in the armoire in the front bedroom. Please note: The bathtub is ornamental.The dining room is in the center of the house. There is a Smart TV connected to the WiFi.
