Located in Dublin, New York, United States. Rural Oasis - King's Private Room and Shared Bathroom King's Room measures 216 square feet with hardwood floors, 2 windows looking out to our beautiful property, and king size bed. Shared bathroom is located across the hall with full size tub and shower and double sinks. Bathroom is shared with other guests.-----------------------We rent out three rooms in our home. Two rooms share a bathroom. One room has an ensuite. All rooms have ceiling fans, desk with chair, mini-refrigerators and TV.You will have use of the modern kitchen which is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We also provide cups and plates, pots and pans, and utensils.You are free to socialize with us in the living room. You can sit on the front or back porches and observe our animals, our neighbors' animals or local wildlife.You have use of our washer and dryer.We have wifi available thru the entire house. There is satellite TV with Directv with select plan, HBO, STARZ and local channels in every room
