It is an "upside down house," with bedrooms on the 1st floor and living areas upstairs to maximize views from the living area.On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite full bathroom. Two bedrooms each have king size beds, and one bedroom has 2 twins. The bedrooms are small but efficient. There is also a mudroom with powder room and laundry on this floor.The 2nd floor is an open floor plan with living room, dining room, fireplace, kitchen, wet bar, and a small outdoor deck.Enjoy gorgeous views of Cape Porpoise in a brand new, very high-end cottage.
