Large living room with two twin built-in daybeds and fireplace, cozy master bedroom and bath. Pier and water access for kayak, canoe or boat owners to Cape Porpoise islands. We have our own pier and float on the property which you may use to tie up a boat - you can bring or rent a kayak, canoe or boat & explore the Cape Porpoise islands.The pier is is shared with a house which we also own on the property - which can be rented with the cottage if needed. The house and cottage are completely separate, with separate yards well - so you have privacy with more than 100 yards and separating the two. Less than a mile to Cape Porpoise village, you will find restaurants, grocery store, shops and galleries.
