This unit is 12’ by 22’ and has an attached bathroom that is 12’ x 7’.There is also a full kitchen that has a separate entrance, it is 12’ x 22’The kitchen is used only by you.The owner of the property has a unit on the second floor. The owner has another house but sometimes he is on the property when you are there.The rented unit and the kitchen are completely private and not shared. There is one car parking space for you to use. There are two kayaks that you are welcome to use. You are welcome to fish from the pier. Please note that the Jacuzzi is private.
