This newly renovated 1 bedroom condo sleeps 5 with a king size bed, twin across from the master bedroom and pullout queen sofa.The living room has a brand new sofa with a queen pullout bed and 50" Fire TV.The Master bedroom boasts a new king size bed and TV with Fire TV. The Maravilla has 3 pools plus a hot tub that you can enjoy. Plus it also has a fitness facility. A laundry room is available as well.The Maravilla is a pet friendly complex. Limit for this condo is 2 dogs at less then 20 lbs. Just add pet to your reservation and a small fee will be added that applies to your entire stay. You can send me a message regarding dogs larger than 20 lbs for approval before you stay.Covered parking as well as additional parking is available. Parking is $10 per day per veh
