We have a ladder staircase to get up to the 2nd floor. Please refer to photos and make sure all guest in your party are comfortable using it before you book. Nestled at the bottom of Limbaugh Canyon in Palmer Lake, you are less than a mile from the town, walking distance to countless trails and only 20 minute drive to the Air Force Academy! Well-behaved dogs are welcome but we do require a $30/night/animal additional fee (2 dog max). We invite you and your family to come and rest in our nest!Please note that the home sits on two large lots. The owners stay in the back lot of the property which is completely separated by a 6ft fence. The main home, gardens, and chicken coop are separate and private for the renters . Owners are available upon request if needed. Come and exper
