Our house is mainly suited to family vacations. The house is situated on a shady tree-lined lot with a very gentle slope to water (great for kids). A 30' dock and a 40' dock with a large platform are included for your use. The 40' dock has steps into the water for easy access to a sandy bottom swim area (1 foot deep at bottom of stairs).
