The Kennebunk Cottage is a one of a kind home with a retro flair that offers three bedrooms, two full baths and room for nine people comfortably. Originally built in the early 1980s, the home underwent a major renovation in 2017 to bring it up to the Kennebunk House standards. Fresh paint inside and out, new furnishings and bedding are just the start: a new deck and folding glass NanaWalls bring the outside in and wonderful views of the ocean into the second-floor common area. A recently completed (Summer 2021) first floor renovation creates an additional common area, with a foosball table, seating, smart TV, and a glass garage door opening up to a covered bistro seating area. House is fully air conditioned. An outdoor shower is available for our guests' enjoyment, which is particularly useful after a day at the beach!
