Scheduled to run through December 28, 2024, the work necessitates our balcony to be closed to guests. The work will make the balcony unsafe. The good news is that for 2025, most of our property's renovations will be concluded.After undergoing a major overhaul in 2019, it was time to renew the furnishings and decorating in our unit. We replaced the sofa and replaced the love seat with two comfortable armchairs. New dining room chairs were added and we replaced the aging balcony set with two poly wood, bar-height Adirondack chairs. A little paint here, a new lamp there but it's the same welcoming environment with the spectacular view of the Gulf that only units on the top floor have. Also, an LG 50" flat screen smart TV and Blu-Ray player offer acc
