Located in Swans Island, Maine, United States. Cottage in Burnt Coat Harbor This is and OLD Maine house, on a working harbor, just above Kent's Wharf, the oldest lobster pound on the coast. The view includes the eastern and western entrances to Burnt Coat Harbor around Harbor Island, owned for generations by the Forbes family, a fleet of lobster boats, and sailboats that anchor in the evenings. The house has cable tv and wifi, and is filled with books, art and movies (several hundred dvd's and hundreds of vhs sets. The kitchen and pantry have espresso machine, Keurig, drip coffee maker and French press. There are two bicycles at the house and two kayaks. Besides the two upstairs bedrooms (a small deck off the harborside bedroom), there is a large attached structure that was once, during the early to mid twentieth century, a country store. This room is now a catchall ---- studio, shop, reading room, bedroom, Franklin stove, etc. The house is attached to its own harbor frontage by a path to the front and left of the house,
