This 2000 sq.ft. modern home was completed in December 2021 in a mix of Scandinavian and modern farmhouse style. Clean and simple but yet comfortable is our goal. It is lakefront with stairs down to a 16'x20' dock. It has a large deck for your enjoyment.The main floor has an open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room with sliding doors leading out from the living room to the large deck.The living room has a cozy propane fireplace for you to use on cold summer night or the shoulder season or winter time. Other heat sources in the house is an electric heat-pump that also provides air-condition in the summer. There are ceiling fans in four of the rooms.The kitchen has all you need for cooking; a full size range, fridge and dishwasher. We have a propane BBQ on the deck for your disposal.
