The Wilderness is managed by the United States Forest Service and is part of the National Wilderness Preservation System. Hiking trails are available right from the house. Along the entire property, runs the beautiful flowing Turniptown Creek. The creek provides fishing and relaxing in and around the water.The property also boasts a Natural Spring fed pond.
