This is the closest Vacation Rental to the town (1 house away) of Lake Lure aka the Village or Land of the "Moose and Goose" "Beach" "Diner" "La Strada". Great couples or Family getaway as it is a quick walk to the Inn for a drink, El Lago and La Strada restaurants but is also a great family spot as it is private, has great Lake View and 5 minute foot walk to the Beach. Literally the best of both worlds.Has 2 traditional bedrooms with queen beds and a sleeping winterized porch with a full and twin. The porch rocks! Respect the sleeping porch!Lake Lure is a fun place to relax and reconnect. We were driving thru one day and stopped and had a drink at the Moose and decided to stay the night. A few weeks later we purchased our lil spot on the hill overlooking the Lake and town - we still love the Moose.We have had fun sharing our places over the years and think Lake Lure is simply a gem of a spot.
