Situated a mile from Red Rocks amphitheatre (20 min walk), 2 mi. from adorable Morrison, 6 mi. from Golden and conveniently located off of I-70. The perfect location for a concert stay, ski vacation or quiet retreat in nature (not partying). This home is split into two rentals each with separate locked entries but share a mudroom and front patio overlooking the foothills.
