This beautiful beach house is located directly on the Gulf shore in Sargent, TX about 1 mile north of the Caney Creek Bridge, across from the ICW and the National Wildlife Refuge area--great birding. Fantastic sunset and sunrise views from either deck. The open floor plan has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, has all the comforts of home, including fiber internet, plus SUNSET and SUNRISE views, miles of quiet beach for walking, collecting sea glass and shells, or surf fishing.
