This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office, living room, dining room, fully remodeled kitchen, laundry room and BRAND NEW POOL! Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off.
