In a 40 unit condo development, our unit is in the back which affords quiet, privacy, and plenty of space to spread out. We are one of the only units with a full fenced in back concrete patio. Heated pool in the complex for the kiddos. Built in July of 2021, you'll enjoy "modern everything"! (3 day minimum booking in early June, 7 day minimum booking during peak season, Saturday check ins) 2 Dedicated parking spots and one offisite if needed, no loud parties but feel free to have fun, no smoking, ring camera at the front door. Beach cart, toys, chairs, cooler etc. in the basement for your use. Also a queen size air mattress with pump if needed, and a sleeping bag. We provide a starter kit of one roll of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels in the kit
