A short walk (5 minutes) or ride in your golf cart takes you to a private deeded access beach- or to the North Captiva Island Clubhouse facilities. We own the empty lot to our left which gives us a very private and quiet setting. The open floor plan allows the living room and kitchen to flow together – great for cooking and entertaining at the same time!
