It has recently been renovated and remodeled into a duplex, with all the modern updates for your comfort. Since the home has 2 sides, it is perfect for groups of friends and families to rent, with spaces to get together and areas for privacy and alone time. Each side has a kitchen, patio, and gas grill. Each side has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One side has a sofa/hide-a-bed, and the other has a fold-up single bed. Altogether the home sleeps 11 people comfortably. With TVs in every living area, including the kitchens, everyone can watch their favorite show or sports event simultaneously!We have 3 dedicated parking spots on the north side of the house & 2 on the south side for your vehicles.
