The finished basement has a bonus space for relaxation and added sleeping accommodations (two twins). The private outdoor patio area with gas grill is a lovely place for unwinding with family and friends. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
