The building is one of the last standing original structures from 1954 and has a charming feel as it is nestled against a 80 year old avocado tree and various strains of bamboo and other greenery. Out the back double french doors is a quaint little private area with a small table and BBQ under a pergola.Please note this unit is part of a multi-unit complex and has a 10PM-7AM noise restriction in place. Loud parties and or gatherings are not permitted onsite.
