Relaxing, open & beautiful. 7 min walk to beach We have a beautiful cape cod home and we are a 7 minute walk to the beach. Our home is relaxing and the perfect beach vacation home. We have lovely sound views. We are also a 3 minute walk to the brand new playground and skate park in Rodanthe. The ground level has covered parking for 3-4 cars, outdoor shower and fish cleaning station.Upstairs you find the main house. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and master bath. The master bedroom and bath are handicap accessible.The shower has a seat and grab bar and the toilet has grab bars. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a full size bed and twin size bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms have a television with cable. There is also a television in the living room. We have a large open kitchen that opens into living and dining areas. This space is great for entertaining a group of 8. We also have an enclosed por
