Located in Island Park, Minnesota, United States. Mountain Cabin: 2 bed/2 bath, Fire pit, Close to Yellowstone and a moose family! We are sharing our family cabin in Island Park. Our cabin is 18 miles from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park, but only a few miles as the crow flies. Island Park is the same ecosystem as Yellowstone. The area is heavily wooded, there are lots of rivers, ponds, and lakes (with blue ribbon fishing), lots of animals (e.g., moose, grizzly and black bears, elk, bald eagles, coyotes, and if you get really lucky you might see a wolf!), and 100's of miles of recreation trails. You can snowmobile or ride your UTV/ATV right from the cabin. Henry's Lake for fishing or recreating is a five-minute drive, and Island Park Reservoir is about 15 minutes. Harriman State Park is only 30 minutes to the south. Big Springs, where you can feed the biggest trout you've ever seen, is only a few miles. The drive to Mesa Falls (~30 miles) might be the most beautiful you haven't yet experienced, and the falls themselves
