Both bedrooms are upstairs with a queen bed in one room and a bunk bed in the other. The queen size bed has a new memory foam mattress and new Smart TV. The bunk bed has a full size bed on the bottom. We just purchased a new queen sleeper sofa. Also, there is an inflatable mattress. The unit has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a Blu-Ray and DVD player. HD Cable and free WiFi. It sleeps 6 comfortably. There are two parking spaces located just outside the unit.
